Secure your catering date with a deposit of half your catering amount. The remaining balance is due upon the chef’s arrival.

Everything you need to know to reserve your PNP catering experience.
How to Book
Booking with PNP Catering & Concierge Services is simple. To confirm your reservation, please provide: your menu selection, the number of guests, the island and property where you will be staying. Once we receive your information, we will issue an invoice. Your booking is confirmed once the required deposit has been received.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of half your catering amount is required to secure your booking date. Deposits are subject to the cancellation policy below. The remaining balance is due upon the chef’s arrival for your catering service.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled catering date are eligible for a partial refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. PNP Catering & Concierge Services cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from undisclosed allergies or dietary needs.

Chef Service Fee
A chef service fee is added to every booking. This fee includes:
- Professional chef services
- One service attendant
- Complete kitchen clean-up following your dining experience

A few helpful details.
How do grocery pick-up and stocking work?
You place and pay for your order with the online store, then send PNP your order name, collection time and delivery details. Stocking depends on access to your property. Coordinate your collection time near arrival if early access is unavailable.
Can we discuss dietary needs and allergies?
Yes. Please tell us about all dietary needs and food allergies before confirming a menu so we can discuss what can be accommodated.
How much will my service cost?
Contact us for a quote based on your service, guest count, location and requirements. Any transport charges, payment arrangements and booking terms will be shared directly.
